Our Story

Leslie and Kevin Case are excited to announce their ownership of the Butcher Shop, one of the most beloved and long-term existing restaurants in Little Rock. They also own and operate Sauce(d) bar & oven, Zin Wine Bar, and cater events at Heifer International. 

Since 1982, The Butcher Shop has built its powerful reputation by serving the finest hickory charcoaled steaks cut from the highest quality grain-fed beef direct from the Midwest. Beef at The Butcher Shop is aged four weeks before being skillfully hand-carved by our "in-house" butcher.

The Butcher Shop is ideal for private parties, business meetings, and rehearsal dinners. The party room accommodates up to 50 people and is also available for private lunches. Please call for more information.
